Artwork Submission Guidelines for DTF Printing

At TreeCity Print & Embroidery, we aim to deliver high-quality DTF prints. To ensure optimal results, please adhere to the following artwork guidelines:

1. File Formats:

  • Preferred: PNG with a transparent background.

  • Also Accepted: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, SVG, TIFF, JPEG.

2. Resolution:

  • Minimum: 300 DPI at the intended print size.

  • Note: Images below 300 DPI may result in pixelation or blurriness.

3. Color Mode:

  • Designs should be in CMYK color mode to match our printing process.

4. Text and Fonts:

  • Convert all text to outlines or curves to prevent font issues.

5. Design Elements:

  • Avoid semi-transparent elements, gradients fading to transparency, or soft edges, as they may not print as expected.

6. Line Thickness:

  • Ensure all lines and strokes are at least 0.018 inches thick for optimal durability. 

7. Artwork Size:

  • Maximum dimensions: 22″ width x 120″ length.

8. Artwork Review and Adjustments:

  • We print artwork as provided.

  • If adjustments are needed, please request them in advance.

  • Designs requiring modifications will incur a setup fee starting at $50/hour.

9. Production Timeline:

  • Turnaround time begins upon proof approval.

10. File Submission:

  • Ensure your files meet the above criteria to avoid delays.
